Services Offered
TOD provides in-home technology assistance and education services specifically tailored for senior citizens and older adults. The following service options are available:

Technology Help Session (1 hour):
Assistance in resolving device or technology issues, combined with hands-on education on how to use devices more effectively. -
Cybersecurity Safety Session (1 hour):
Implementation and education on cybersecurity safety measures, ensuring safer internet and device usage. -
Comprehensive Session (2 hours):
A combined service covering both technology help and cybersecurity education.
All services are provided in the comfort of your home, with privacy and respect as a top priority.
Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide a safe and respectful environment for TOD staff during in-home visits.

You are responsible for providing access to devices, accounts, and internet connections as necessary to complete the session.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your passwords, accounts, and devices after the service.
Privacy & Confidentiality

TOD prioritizes the privacy of all clients. Any personal information, device data, or account details accessed during the service will be kept strictly confidential.

We will never sell, share, or disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Payment & Fees

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in writing.

Pricing is provided at the time of booking and may vary depending on service option selected.

Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the appointment) may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Limitations of Service

TOD provides education and support services only. We do not sell hardware, software, or security products.

While TOD makes every effort to resolve issues and enhance cybersecurity, we cannot guarantee prevention of all future technical or security problems.

Services are provided “as is” and based on the information you share with us.
Liability Disclaimer

TOD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, device malfunction, or security breaches) arising from services provided.

Clients are encouraged to maintain regular data backups prior to service sessions.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific session in which an issue may arise.
Health & Safety Protocols

TOD staff will follow reasonable health and safety guidelines when providing in-home services.

Clients must inform TOD of any health risks or accessibility concerns prior to a scheduled session.
Termination of Service

TOD reserves the right to decline or terminate services if unsafe or disrespectful conditions are present.

Either party may cancel services at any time, subject to applicable cancellation fees.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
