Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At TOD (Tech On Demand), we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness and efficiency in scheduling, the following cancellation and rescheduling terms apply to all service appointments:

 Cancellation Notice Requirement

  • Clients must provide at least 8 hours’ advance notice if they wish to cancel a scheduled service.

  • Notice may be given by phone, text, or email using the contact information provided in your booking confirmation.

Late Cancellations & Fees

  • If a cancellation is made less than 8 hours before the scheduled appointment time, a $20 late cancellation fee will be charged.

  • This fee is applied per appointment, not per service type.

 No-Shows

  • If TOD staff arrive at the scheduled appointment and the client is not present or does not allow service to begin within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, this will be considered a no-show.

  • No-shows are subject to the $20 late cancellation fee.

 Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule appointments at any time prior to the scheduled service, free of charge.

  • We encourage rescheduling instead of canceling whenever possible.

 TOD Cancellations

  • In the rare event TOD must cancel a scheduled appointment, we will notify you promptly and offer priority rescheduling at no additional cost.

 Exceptions

  • TOD reserves the right to waive cancellation fees in cases of emergency, illness, or unforeseen circumstances at our discretion.

This policy ensures that we can continue to provide reliable, on-time service for all of our clients while respecting the schedules of both our staff and the individuals we serve.
